SHIPPING & PROCESSING

• How long does shipping take? Total delivery time is usually 2–3 weeks.

  • Processing (5-10 days): We must apply for the Phytosanitary Certificate from the Indonesian government.

  • Shipping (4-7 days): Once the certificate is ready, we ship via DHL/FedEx Express.

• Can you ship to my country? Yes! We specialize in shipping to the USA, Canada, and Europe.

• Do I need an Import Permit?

  • USA: No permit needed for orders of fewer than 12 plants.

  • Canada: Yes, you typically need an Import Permit. Please contact us if you need help.

  • EU/UK: No permit needed, but you are responsible for VAT/Customs taxes upon arrival.

PLANT HEALTH

• What happens if my plant arrives dead? We offer a Dead on Arrival (DOA) guarantee. If your plant arrives fully rotted, please send us an unboxing video within 24 hours, and we will offer a replacement or refund.

• Why are the leaves yellow? This is "shipping stress" and is normal after traveling in a dark box for a week. The roots are usually healthy! Please refer to our "Acclimation Guide" for assistance in helping it recover.
